Stuff

So I am very happy. I have a new laptop that so far works, knock on wood. I also had a fun evening with my boyfriend last night. On the other hand I think I have an ulcerated cornea again. Will have to see doc today.

It never rains but it pours. Yesterday I get a message from the post doc telling me to call my advisor immediately. Turns out that the incomplete that I got in his class is due on Monday. It gets better. He isn't in the office today. My thesis is supposed to fulfill the requirements for the class. but he hasn't seen it recently. And I am a bad grad student for not showing it to him.

whoa. Back up the truck. I didn't show him my thesis because they told me that I shouldn't show it to him until the post doc approved it. When I mentioned this my advisor said that that was because of what I turned in the last time.
Whatever.

At least I have a nice weekend ahead of me.

Thesis

So the thesis is now a whopping 29 pages. For those of you who just joined us that is 4 pages over what it has to be. I just got an email from the post doc to send the revised copy to him at home and to please remember how important it is to make progress this weekend. What the fuck.

Hw didn't even read the copy of the thesis I gave him. He said I didn't include an explanation and figs that were in there. Then when I showed them to him he said oh... I didn't read that part.
