awesome concert

I went to see Garbage and No Doubt last night with my SO. It was kickass. And of course we got back home super late and of course we had to get up super early because of his job. Sigh.

I am exhausted.

The Garbage portion of the show was righteous as usual. They even played #1 Crush which kicked ass.

The No Doubt part of the show was much better than I expected. I think the problem is that one of the songs that made the band so famous is one I really don't like much. But except for that song I really enjoyed all their songs. Even Just a Girl which I didn't really used to like but after seeing her sing it I like it much better.

It was nice to share something like that with my SO since Garbage is his favorite band. I love finding those little windows that I can peep through and get a glimpse of what makes him tick. Its fun to do that with any of my friends.

Sat was fun.... I had a good time at game. And for those of you who want to know why I changed chars suddenly... have fun finding out in game.

School is kinda stressful right now. I don't know where my research is going and my advisor wants me to get read to present it. So I hope that I hear from Woods Hole soon about what is going on.

gwen stefani rules

So Gwen Stefani did some nice military pushups at the concert. Solid baby. Much better than mine have ever been. And she was wearing boxing boots.... hmmm... wonder if we have much in common.

I cant wait until my stupid leg gets better. Its so frustrating to keep going to PT and never getting much better... i mean I can walk to the T now without lots of pain but that isnt much to show for more than a month of PT.

They are watching me more closely now and we are doing things a little differently. I think my physical therapist and I got a little overzealous about adding more and more weights.

I hope I get better soon. I need to get back in shape. I was finally getting there with boxing and I have totaly backslid so hopefullly I will get better soon.
