From Ananzi to Arachne8x, small eight-legged creatures scurry and weave, spin and weave, consider and weave, dance and weave stories, histories, lives and worlds. Spiders have ever been inspirational to me, as I myself am a networker, a connection studier, a tale-teller, and a dancer.

This journal is FRIENDS ONLY. This is for many reasons: I am paranoid, I have had troubles with people reading my journal before, I like to be able to really disclose things, and I really don't want to have a net presence.

That said, I am unlikely to friend you unless you are someone I actually know.

Me? I am a geophysicist/programmer/QA/product specialist human being. I write poetry, LARP, dance, and make things. I am pretty social and like to spend lots of time with people, I am also pretty insular and need lots of time to myself.

Finally, this is a pretty no holds barred journal. Some days I post a lot, but I am unlikely to post memes or quizzes. This journal serves the purpose of communicating with the outside world, and journaling for my own sake. Not every entry may interest you. I have a bunch of filters: locals, health, cooking, and LARP. If you want to be on any or all of these let me know.

I don't post to troll although sometimes I get ranty.
