Problem resolved or the best Tech support experience ever
After spending a few hours today trying to figure out what was wrong with matlab on my computer with the help of some of our computer people at school I decided to call Mathworks.
I got to talk to a techie within a few seconds...
and then she told me what was wrong. Where to look up the info. I asked her to wait for a second while I tried the fix and she did. And it worked. It was an Open GL conflict. Turned out to be super simple to solve.
Wow it was refreshing to actually get some real help from tech support on a non-stupid problem.
