dinners etc
Dec. 1st, 2002 02:06 pmI had a nice weekend. Two thanksgiving dinners, one graced with my shot-and-a-half yams, and apple and pecan stuffing, the other I was very lazy at. My leg really bothered me yesterday so I was not particularly active at the house I was invited to, did not even help do dishes. :( I feel a bit guilty.
A big thanks to my hosts.
My SO is not in a good state sadly. He wrenched his neck this morning, standing under the hot shower helped somewhat but he is still pretty miserable unless he holds his head in the exact right position. If it isn't better by this evening I am making him go to the doc. I am doing his laundry and taking care of him which he doesn't like much because it makes him feel bad but I am a stubborn bitch and I am bending him to my will. Later I might even order us pizza. Oh, the sacrifices I make for my boy!
At any rate I hope he feels better soon. If he doesn't feel better tomorrow he has said he will not go to work. I am glad he has at least that much common sense.
I am worried about him, and so am working on my thesis here at his apt. Fun times.
