arachne8xLooks my roommate is in a funk which she has a right to be in. You know we hung out more before we became roomies?
In any case I hope she gets some time to herself.
I am a little worried. One of my new friends... my bf's ex, just got into a car wreck on Monday. She is ok but in a neck brace and probably not feeling too well. She sounds chipper which I hope is not just false enthusiasm. I hope that those around her can help her until she is more mobile.
This kind of thing always sends me into shock. She could have so easily died. And more importantly this could happen to anyone, myself, my other friends, even my bf each time we get into a car. Even though you know this in kind of a surface way its hard to be confronted by the reality of it.
I am going to tell the boy not to talk to me on the phone anymore while he drives. At least not without a hands free and even then I worry. The last thing I want to worry about is being the reason he gets into a wreck.
