Ok this might be TMI... for the boys' benefit it is chick stuff so only read if you are interested
This about my new exciting news I am on the birth control patch!!!
I, as many people know, have endometriosis. If you want info about that there are tons of good websites... look it up on google.
Anyway I have been on the pill because of that since I was 13. I was on depo-provera for about 6 months.... arggh and gained lots of weight. I have been on practically every bc pill known to mankind. And I have even had a course of shots that put you into false menopause... twice.
So recently I have been on the pill continuously. This means that I do not take placebos and don't get my period. Which sounds great but is not that great. The risks aren't huge but it can be stressful. Especially since you don't have that natural pregnancy test once a month.
So for many years the docs have been saying that as soon as the patch comes out I should try it. And now I am!!! Yay!!!
Anyway I will try to keep y'all updated on what I think of it.... always under too much information subjects.
