insomnia again

arachne8xI had a bad dream tonight. I dreamed that I was peeing and I hemmorraged. My SO couldn't hear me over the bathroom fan and I kept screaming for him. I am now awake with worrisome thoughts.
How do I deal with my insomnia and his light sleeperness. I usually read to fall asleep again but he is sure that the turning of the pages will keep him awake. So when this happens I go to the living room and sleep and read but that makes him feel guilty. Sigh. I wish I could wake him right now but he is sick and I want him to get enough rest not be worried and foolishly awake like me.
